abstract:Potomac Park is parkland made up of East Potomac Park and West Potomac Park in the Southwest quadrant of the District of Columbia. The park is run by the National Park Service and includes several memorials and parks including the Tidal Basin, the Jefferson Memorial, Hains Point, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, the Korean War Veterans Memorial, along with being home to the majority of the Japanese Cherry Trees that are annually celebrated in the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
